Employment Practices & Placements
This section sets out how TechAbout manages the full employment lifecycle, from a new hire's first day through to their eventual departure. It brings together the company's practices for placing, confirming, evaluating, and separating from staff under a single, consistent framework.
The policy is organized into four related topics: the Probation Period (the 2–3 month trial phase, its limited leave entitlements, and evaluation requirements), the Permanent Period (salary revision, the two annual increment cycles, and confirmation benefits), Performance Appraisal (the twice-yearly review process in January and July, the monthly and half-yearly scoring criteria, and performance badges), and Separation (grounds for involuntary termination, the warning process, and notice requirements for resignation).
