Where is TechAbout located?
Our headquarters is in Lahore, Pakistan, with additional offices in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA) and Dubai, UAE. We work with clients in any timezone.

What services does TechAbout offer?
Two tracks: (1) Enterprise Services — AI & ML, Cloud & DevOps, digital transformation, custom software, cybersecurity, and data analytics, scoped and quoted to your needs; and (2) Express Services — fixed-price, fast-turnaround packages for websites, apps, marketing, and design.
What are Express Services?
Express Services are fixed-price, quick-delivery packages ideal for startups and SMEs. Each gig offers Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers with clear pricing and delivery times — browse the full catalog.
How do I get a quote for a custom project?
Request a quote and our team will follow up with a detailed proposal, usually within 2-3 business days. For enterprise engagements you can also reach us at info@techabout.com.
How is pricing structured?
Express packages show their price upfront on each gig page. Enterprise projects are quoted after a discovery call, typically with milestone-based billing.
Ordering & Checkout
How do I order a service?
On any Express Service page, choose a package tier and Add to Cart. Review your selection in the cart, then go to checkout to place the order. Custom or enterprise work starts with a quote request instead.
Can I order multiple services at once?
Yes. Add as many packages as you need to your cart and check out in a single order — you'll receive one confirmation.
What happens after I place an order?
You get an order confirmation with a TA-reference number and payment instructions for your chosen method. All your orders appear in your account, and our team reaches out to begin delivery.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (via Stripe), international bank transfer, USD bank transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Full instructions for each are on our Ways to Pay page.
When is payment due?
Express packages are paid at checkout. Enterprise projects usually use milestone billing (for example 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint, 30% on completion), agreed in your contract.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — refunds are available for services not yet started, significant deviations from the agreed scope, or billing errors. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Where can I see my payment methods and history?
Sign in and open Payment Methods and Orders in your account.
Your Client Account
Do I need an account to order?
You can request quotes and check out as a guest. When you place an order we automatically create a client account for you — just use Forgot Password with your order email to set a password and sign in.
What can I do in my account?
Your dashboard shows your order history, support tickets, payment methods, and profile. You can also change your password anytime.
How do I sign in?
Use the Sign In link in the header. If you've ordered before but never set a password, choose Forgot Password to activate your account.
Domains & Digital Assets
Does TechAbout sell domains?
We own a large portfolio of premium domains — browse the public selection on our Domains page and Our Assets. Domains available for sale show how to enquire.
How do I buy or enquire about a domain?
Open the domain on the Domains page and use its enquiry or visit link, or contact us with the name you're interested in.
Can I publish content or get a backlink on your domains?
Yes — many of our sites accept guest posts and sponsored content. See Link Building for available sites, niches, and pricing.
Link Building & Guest Posts
What is your Link Building service?
We offer guest posts, sponsored articles, reviews, and link insertions across our network of authority sites. Browse available publishers, niches, and pricing on the Link Building page.
How do I place a link building order?
Pick a site on the Link Building page and submit the order form — we'll confirm the details and turnaround. Orders are tracked with a reference number just like any other.
Do you cover regulated niches?
Sensitive niches (for example casino or CBD) are handled on request at custom rates — enquire via the Link Building page.

The fastest way is to open a ticket from your account, where you can track the response. Enterprise clients have priority support per their agreement.
