User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and TechAbout that governs your use of our services, website, and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement applies to all users, including clients, partners, and visitors to our platform. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.

2.1 Your Rights

As a user of TechAbout services, you have the right to:

• Access our services in accordance with this Agreement
• Receive professional and timely support
• Request modifications to services as agreed upon
• Terminate services with proper notice
• Maintain confidentiality of your proprietary information
• Receive clear communication about project status and progress

2.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely communication and feedback
• Providing necessary access and resources for project completion
• Making timely payments as agreed
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Not interfering with our services or systems

TechAbout is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet industry standards. We will:

• Use reasonable skill and care in providing services
• Meet agreed-upon timelines and milestones
• Provide regular updates on project progress
• Address issues and concerns promptly
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions
• Ensure deliverables meet specified requirements

Effective communication is essential for successful project delivery. We agree to:

• Maintain regular communication channels
• Respond to inquiries within agreed timeframes
• Provide clear and detailed project updates
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Use appropriate communication tools and platforms

5.1 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing services to you.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary technology, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property. Custom work created specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment.

5.3 Joint Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property jointly created will be subject to separate written agreement between the parties.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. We will:

• Protect your confidential information
• Use information only for agreed purposes
• Implement appropriate security measures
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request
• Comply with applicable data protection laws

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the specified payment terms
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• Additional work outside scope will be billed separately
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days

Changes to project scope or requirements may affect timelines and costs. We will:

• Evaluate the impact of requested changes
• Provide written estimates for additional work
• Obtain your approval before proceeding with changes
• Update project timelines as necessary
• Document all scope changes in writing

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate services with written notice. Early termination may result in charges for work completed and costs incurred.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate services for breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or other material violations. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach.

We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication. If disputes cannot be resolved informally, we agree to:

• Engage in good faith negotiations
• Consider mediation if appropriate
• Pursue legal action only as a last resort
• Maintain confidentiality during dispute resolution

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
