Step 1: Report the incident to your supervisor or HR department.

Step 2: If you're uncomfortable reporting to your supervisor, contact legal@techabout.com directly.

Step 3: All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

Protection: TechAbout prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.

9. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Suspension without pay
  • Termination of employment or contract
